Orders & Deliveries

We use Australia Post eParcel for all online web sales and phone orders.

If you live in the Launceston area, we are happy to deliver to you or you can pick up from Koumozo
HQ Monday to Friday during business hours. Pick ups by appointment only.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. Over Christmas it may take up to
10 working days.

Once your Koumozo has been dispatched, we will send you your tracking number so you can see
how it’s travelling.
